As a visionary leader, Ted detected an astounding shift in the consumer landscape a decade ago and saw a corner of the market that would allow him to create opportunities for global companies. No longer would the average American consumer be predominately Caucasian, but rather a multi-ethnic consumer that has very different needs and interests. Ted anticipated global brands would find difficulty authentically speaking to this new demographic, and with that idea, Cashmere Agency was born. Ted recruited an outstanding and innovative multicultural team, comprised of leading minds from the world of entertainment, advertising and new media to bring his vision to life.
